Tax incentives for energy saving

With the stability law the green light was given to the extension until December 31, 2016 for a 65% benefit of the so-called "eco bonus" tax incentive for energy improvement interventions, and 50% deduction for building renovations and the purchase of furniture (whose spending cannot be higher than that for renovation works to which it must be related) in detail, the following have been extended to December 31, 2016:

65% deduction for energy improvement operations, hence interventions that increase the energy efficiency level of existing buildings of any cadastral category (for 2016 a deduction of 50% is established);
50% deduction for the restoration of the building heritage (as provided for in article 3 of Presidential Decree 380/2001, Consolidation Act of the laws and regulations on construction), up to a charge of 96 thousand Euros per real estate unit.
